With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Smith Spears of Kilmarnock, Virginia, who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Smith and Mildred Smith. She is survived by : her husband Linwood Ray "Lin" Spears; her children, Sgt. Major Russel "Dean" Johnson II (Maureen) of Powhatan, Virginia., Lissa Marie Pierce (Jeff) of Atlanta, Georgia and Karen Lynn Bradley (Matthew) of Mechanicsville, Virginia.; her siblings, Trish Cook (Jim) of Johnson City and Joe Smith; her sister-in-law Linda Kay Smith; her daughter Kelly; her granddaughter Nicole King; her great grandchildren, Gray and Cole; her grandchild Ashley Grace (Dan); and her son Elden.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital or Rehoboth Methodist Church in Sandy's honor.
