We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2023, at the age of 86, Walter Abraham TeStrake Jr. of Kilmarnock, Virginia, born in Muscatine, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter A. TeStrake, Sr. and Edna Mae Rummells TeStrake; and his son David TeStrake. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Rhodes TeStrake; his son Stephen TeStrake; his grandchildren, Anne and Benjamin of Richmond; his sister Diane TeStrake of Tampa; and his nephews, Kurt and Marc Wagner.
