In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Winter leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Winter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winter H. McCrobie, Sr. and Beverely Hastings McCrobie; his grandsons, Jameson and Kendrick; his father-in-law Jimmie Jackson; and his friend Mal Ransone. He was also cherished by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; his cousins; a huge bunch of great nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hills Quarter Club House (723 Old Saint Johns Rd, Irvington, VA 22480).
