She was predeceased by: her husband Lemuel E. "Jimmy" Garner; her parents, Roscoe Collins and Rosa Collins; and her siblings, Geraldine Medlin, Josephine Burch, Leroy Collins, Eugene Collins and Donnie Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Ingram (Matt) of Montross and Brad Garner (Kristen) of King George; her grandchildren, Harli Ingram, Victoria Ingram, Keenan Fincham, Kourtney Gill, Kenley Gill and Camdon Garner; and her great grandchildren, Lilly, Milani and Violet.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Barbara's memory.
