He is survived by: his sons, Nick Spillman (Karen) and Chris Spillman (Christina) of King George; his grandchildren, Troy of King George, Linsey of King George, Natalie of King George, Aubrey of King George, Savannah of King George, Adeline of King George and Morgan of King George; his sisters, Betty Jean Frank of King George, Sharon Marks of South Carolina and Cheryl Hicks of South Carolina; and his close friend Melissa Rollins of King George. He is also survived by several uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other family members.
