He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis E. Eak, II and Patricia K. Eak. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Eak; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Gwen Eak; his granddaughters, Amelia and Larkin of Ashland, VA; and his siblings, Michael Eak of St. Petersburg, FL, Georgienne Trauscht of St. Petersburg, FL and Robert Eak (Lisa Darlington) of Westfield, MA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
