He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Simons Davies; and his sister Mary Pegram McCartney (Jim) of Kingwood, TX.. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Jane Davies (Geoffrey Macllwaine) of Waynesboro, VA and Janet Davies Beebe (Brian Workman) of Lexington, VA; his grandsons, William Davies Beebe (Alexandra) and Tucker Thomas Beebe; his siblings, Elizabeth Louise Morie of Richmond, VA, George Churchill Davies (Shirley) of Massachusetts and Lindsay Ann Hamway (Ronald) of Richmond, VA.; and his caregivers, Kim Casey, Paula Lusk and Gazella Tanner.
