He is survived by: his fiancé Sissy Donovan; his children, Wendy Coates (Joey), Stephen Mullen and Robyn Jenkins (Roger); his siblings, Arthur Mullen Jr., Walter Mullen and Charlotte Herndon; his grandchildren, Charles Swinehart (Ashly), Robert Swinehart, William Swinehart (Kay), Jon Swinehart (Kendall), Breanna Mullen, Katelynn Apperson, Kamrynn Apperson and Gabriel Apperson; and his great grandchildren, Carlie, Eva, Caroline, Kevin, Ripleigh, Raegan, Landen, Bentley, Aaliyeah and Ma'Kaya.
