He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rinko and Anna Danello Rinko; and his siblings, Ann and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Lettie; his children, John D. (Terri), James (Meredith) and Linda Phinney (Jason); his grandchildren, Anna, Franklin, Vivian, William and Mark; his sister-in-law Bonnie; and his sibling's children, Lora Gombac, Daniell Burkholder, Lisa Henry, Derinda Cogar and AJ Cogar.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Storke Funeral Home (11089 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (5486 St Pauls Rd, King George, VA 22448). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Saint Mary's Cemetery.
