He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Hamed El-Bisi and Elizabeth Leigh El-Bisi; and his granddaughter Madison Danielle Boore. He is survived by: his wife Carol El-Bisi; his children, Amanda Leigh von Schilling (Kurt), Joseph Patrick El-Bisi (Alissa), Amanda Grace German (Brandon) and Richard Lee German; and his grandchildren, Kolton James von Schilling, Kyle Mallory, Brynn Edith El-Bisi, Ellery Jo El-Bisi, Cameron Lamar Harvey, Savanna Grace Harvey and Rylee Paige German. He is also survived by his siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
