She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosielee Proctor and William "Bubboy" Proctor; her siblings, William "Nace", Leon "Sonny", Joseph "Jack", James "Hot Dogg", Jacinto "Tinnie", Robert "Hooks", Michael, Charles "Tubbie" Proctor, Blanche "Sis", Hilda Proctor, Rosielee Savoy and Pamela Proctor-Hawkins; her aunt Ida Butler; and her cousin Gloria Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Adair Duckett, Judith Thomas, Stephanie Bagley, William Thomas, Sr., Kevin Bagley and Wesley Duckett; her grandchildren, LaQuacious Thomas, Candice Contee (Jerrod), Erica Bellamy, Destiny Jenson, William Thomas, Jr., Jarvis Duckett, D'Andre Jenson, Werten Bellamy III and David Thomas; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Savannah, Ethan, Chayce, Logan and Kamiyah; and her siblings, Carolyn Newman, Karen Proctor (Ralph "Bunzy") and Henry Proctor "Bill".
