He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Perry Shaffer, Sr., Joann Boden Shaffer and Roger Keith Gibson; and his uncle Willam Perry Shaffer, Jr. (Doug). He is survived by: his parents, Hugh B. Shaffer and Tamara "Tammy" G. Shaffer (Gibson); his brother Michael Ryan Shaffer; the father of his child Devin Anthony Shaffer; and his grandmother Edith Dagorn (Bolyard). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Fr. Ryan Schmeltzer, OFM, Cap. will preside over a graveside service at Hillcrest Burial Park, 10901 Mason Rd NE, Cumberland, MD, on Wednesday, July 8 at 2:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made by donating to your favorite charity.
