Leake of Staunton and Donald Baine Collier (Tacy) of Fredonia, PA.; her grandchildren, John Putnam Jr., Mathew Putnam and Alexis Collier; her great grandchildren, Emma Putnam and Jackson Putnam; her siblings, Ronnie Church (Jo) of Staunton and Elaine Minton of Staunton; and her close friend Dora Houck.
