Though Robert Allan may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert Allan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woody Owens and Shirley Owens; and his brothers, John Owens and Ed Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Owens Bagley (Mike), Rita Owens and Ersel Owens (Mary). He is also survived by his family, his former and current co-workers, his CBVFD family.
