He is survived by: his wife Dr. Kaye D. Oliver; his sister Hope Benson; his stepsiblings, Bill Neilson, Debbie McGuigan, Mary Martines, Roberta Kolb and Judy Neilson; and his nieces and nephews, Cara Davenport, Elise Bitting, David Benson, Michael Benson and Jakob Davenport.
