He is survived by: his wife Betty Mildred Brown Konvicka; his children, Laddie Konvicka (Sarah), Mike Konvicka (Teresa), Jill Balleh (Brian) and Valerie Miller (Steve Ogletree); his stepdaughter Rebecca Lam (Matt); his sisters, Georgia Haas, Angie Wagner and Louise Walgiura; and his nephew Bubba Haas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
