He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Brandon and Samuel (Athena); his siblings, Richard (Becky), Matthew (Julie) and Kathy (Karen); his nieces and nephews, Bonnie, Nikki (Luke), Kelly, Alexandria and Eddie; his sisters-in-law, Catherine and Cheryl; and his great-nephews, Miles and Van. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
