Megan Kirby Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Megan Kirby of King William, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Betty Lou Tucker Hardway and Edgar Lee Kirby; and her aunt Dianna Aultman. She is survived by: her sons, Corbin Meeks and Hudson Kirby; her parents, Tammy Keatts (Joseph) and James Michael Kirby (Anne); her siblings, Jamie Chandler, Ashley Kirby, Austin Kirby, Tyler Kirby (Ruby), Heidi Hershberger and Addison Kirby; and her grandmother June Kirby. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home Chapel (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Park (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that all donations be made to Megan's Go fund me for the care of her two sons.
