With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Teddy Joe Kennedy of King William, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Kennedy-Pearell and Noah Dudley; his sisters, Linda Shelton and Faye Shore; and his brother-in-law Oscar Shelton.

He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Kennedy; his daughters, Jennifer Kennedy and Gina Kennedy; his sister Judy Blilak (Ed); his stepsisters, Carol Knight and Brenda Crouch; his nephew Daniel Shelton; his stepchildren, Robin Wilcox (Jake) and Brian Borkey (Amy); his pet Milly; and his grandchildren, Lanaya, Chris, Gunner, Cannon and Haleya.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
