He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Bachman and Forrest Bachman; his siblings, Tommy Bachman and Patti Bachman Green; and his sons, Jason and Chris Bachman.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fox Bachman; his children, Meagan Ross of Maryland and Derek Fox (Dana) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Robert, Ben, Joey, Allie, Matthew, Morgan, Stirling and Jensen; his nephew Cherish Avallone (Craig); his great-nephews, Jason, Daniel and Austin; and his brother-in-law Charlie Green.
In recognition of his dedication and contributions to the profession, he was honored with the Prince William Association of Realtors Lifetime Award in 2009.
