He is survived by: his daughter Vicky; his son-in-law Steve King; his son Gary; his daughter-in-law Debbie Mooneyhan; his grandchildren, Sean Graham, Patrick Mooneyhan, Lauren Mooneyhan, Christopher Mooneyhan, Penny Utt, Sarah Absher, Brian Johns and Julia Robertson; his great grandchildren, Katie, Taylor, Megan, Hannah and Dustin; his stepmother Nina Bell Mooneyhan; his half-siblings, Kimbel Mooneyhan Middleton, Matthew Mooneyhan and Brett Mooneyhan; and his close friend Cindy Nicodemus.
