With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Connie Ruth (Kelsey) Horne of Lancaster, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Glaze and Nancy Glaze (Votow); her husband Ralph Horne; her sister Patricia Birt; and her brothers-in-law, Sydney Handler and James Birt.
She is survived by: her son Troy Kelsey (Kathy) of Lancaster, VA; her grandson Dane Kelsey (Amanda) of Perkasie, PA; her great grandchildren, Brielle and Kyla Kelsey; her sister Nancy Handler of Pawley's Island, SC; her sibling's children, Natalie, Mary and Jamie; and her pet Duke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the soon-to-be dedicated Connie Horne Memorial Path, in care of St. Mary's Whitechapel Episcopal Church, 5940 White Chapel Road, Lancaster, VA 22503.
