She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas E. Stevens; her parents, Herbert E. Williams and Julia Bowen Williams; and her sister Ellen Cooke. She is survived by: her son W. Troy Elswick (Brittany); her stepdaughters, Robin L. Stevens (Morgan) and Julie E. Stevens of Arizona; her grandchildren, W. Blake Elswick, Kimberly S. Elswick and Bradley L. Elswick; and her brother Mark Williams (Peggy) of Lancaster.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Corrotoman Baptist Church or Riverside Hospice.
