She was predeceased by : her parents, Muriel Mary Kent Thompson and Phillip Arthur Thompson of Nuttsville, VA; her sister Mary Taylor; and her son Joseph Winfield Williams. She is survived by : her daughters, Stephanie Williams and Pamela Burton (Howard); her granddaughter Crystal; her sons, Mitchell Williams of Baltimore, Maryland and Daryl Wilburn of Baltimore, Maryland; her grandchildren, Amber Williams of Richmond, Tia Williams of Baltimore, Ramon Wilburn of Maryland, David Holley (Kim) of Richmond and DeVante Shands of Richmond; and her great grandchildren, Darian Holley of Richmond, Herby and Daimyn Wilson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Beulah Baptist Church (4448 Mary Ball Rd, Lancaster, VA 22503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
