She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel B. Lankford Jr. (Sam); her parents, Alwin Johan and Anna Catharina Van Dyck; and her brother Willem Johan Van Dyck. She is survived by: her daughter Diana Adkins; her son-in-law Dana; her grandchildren, Daniel F. Kojima and Sierra Sophie Adkins; and her sister Gertie Bindels.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery (142 Old Bethel Rd, Lancaster, VA 22503).
