She was predeceased by: her parents, Stowe Hatcher and Rosa L. Richards Hatcher; and her daughter Kelly Wagner. She is survived by: her children, James Bailey Jr. of Paris, TN, Jeannie Martin (Larry) of Friona, TX and Cheryl Burch of Paris, TN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
