She was predeceased by: her mother Rosie Ripley; her stepfather George Ripley; her father Howard Wall; and her sisters, Lorraine Mahone and Betty Stallard.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert Otey; her children, James Otey (Arnette), Gary Otey (Renee) and Mable Otey; her brother William Wall (Sue); her grandchildren, Christina Hunley (Steve), Tiffany Vaught (Justin) and Brandon Pearson; and her great grandchildren, Arya, Kennedy, Alexander and Christian.
