He is survived by : his sons, Edward Overton, Walter Overton and Anthony Overton of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Edward Overton, III, Kimberly Samuels, Andre Overton, Walter Overton, Jahi Overton, Candice Overton, Lance Overton, Pharrell Kelly, Dante Kelly, Anthony Overton, Jr. and Aaron Overton; and his friends, Linda Powell and William Jones, Jr.. He is also survived by great grandchildren, devoted nieces, devoted nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
