She is survived by: her husband Brian Keith Puryear; her son Antwoine Ruffin; her granddaughter Nevaeh Ruffin; her siblings, Marcel Ruffin (Danielle) and Danielle Ruffin Green (Glenwood); her stepfather Mack Author Pearson; her nephew Marcellus Pearson; her niece Shadae Ruffin; her great-niece Mykirah; her great-nephew Marcellus Pearson Jr.; her aunts, Addie B. Singleton (Louis) of Norfolk, Virginia and Elnora Jarrett; her siblings-in-law, Sharvone Puryear, Angie Puryear, Dorothy McMichael (Jasper) and David Puryear; and her friends, Cristie Smith, Sharvone Puryear, Donnesha Smith, Mittie Jones Taylor and Barbara Pearson.
