We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2023, at the age of 68, Oretta Bailey-Evans (Lawrenceville, Virginia), born in Halifax, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Archer Bailey and Helen Bailey; her son Torey Bailey; and her siblings, Clorine, Dunkley, Nannie Livers, Harry Bailey and Wesley Bailey.

She is survived by : her husband Willie Evans; her daughter Yolanda Bailey-Stockton; and her siblings, Deloris Eldridge Lee (James), Archie Bailey (Norma Jean) and Kenneth Bailey (Shinorfae). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
