She is survived by: her husband Oakley Eugene Salyer Jr.; her son Steven James Salyer; her close friend Ryan White; her siblings, Jimmy Widener (Donna) of Damascus, Maggie Sluder of Morristown, Tenn and Reba Bise (Mike) of Glade Springs; and her close friend Glenda Hillman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
