He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jason, Bonnie Mullins, Con and Sadie Easterly; and his parents-in-law, Don and Betty Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Easterly; his mother Stella Easterly of Lebanon; and his siblings, Carolyn Maxfield of Castlewood and Wayne Easterly of Lebanon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
