She is survived by: her son Mark Dean; her brothers, Dan Osborne (Carolyn), Dane Osborne, Wayne Osborne (Betty), Bill Osborne (Myra) and Blaine Osborne (Juanita); her grandchildren, Christina Quillen (Kevin) and Hunter Dean; and her great grandchildren, Brady Quillen, Kalyn Quillen and Kylie Porter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Combs-Hess Funeral Service (291 Fincastle Rd, Lebanon, VA 24266). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM. A procession will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:15 AM at the same location.
