She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Hammonds and Willie Faye Jessee Hammonds. She is survived by: her sister Pamela Hill (Jason); her case workers, Amber Keen and Annette Leonard; and her cousins, Donna Hertsch (Chris), Jeff and Chris Sanders.
