He is survived by: his children, Steven Howard (Leann) of Grissom Creek and Bittany Howard (Cody) of Swords Creek; his grandchildren, Logan Howard, Lucas Howard, Sarah Howard, Madison Howard, Alyson Taylor, Rayvin Tilley, Brantley Rasnake, Hadleigh Tilley and Gunner Tilley; his sisters, Sadie Roe (Lee) of Missouri, Gracie Rhymer (Glen) of Tennessee and Juanita Winchester (Bobby) of Claypool Hill; his close friends, Mike, Robin Boyd, Michael and Becky Ball; James Earl Reynolds. He is also survived by family; several nieces and nephews.
