She is survived by: her son Jonathan Wampler (Chandra) of Haysi; her grandchildren, Scotty Wampler (JoBeth), Amanda Bugg and Liah Wampler; her great grandchildren, Kathryn Wampler, Joshua Wampler, Alexis Bugg, David Bugg, II, Aaron Bugg, Dominick Conner and Rozalyn Bugg; her great great grandchild Natalie Musselwhite; her daughter Tammy Wallace; her brothers-in-law, Charlie Street and Don Wampler (Brenda); and her nieces, Brenda Street and Betty Jo Street. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
