He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert T. Kiser and Pauline M. Kiser. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Harris (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Devon Harris, Jaylynn Harris and Aiden Harris; his siblings, Kester, Darrell, Charlie and Tammy; and his close friend Patsy Jessee.
