He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine McCann Holliday and Harry Edwin Holliday; and his siblings, Tony Holliday and Kay Sheets. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Holliday; his children, Prudence Holliday Dillon and James Holliday; his children-in-law, Brian Dillon and Sarah Holliday; his grandchildren, Walker, Audrey, Carter, Chloee, Hunter and Charlie; and his siblings, Tom, Bill, Micki, Sandy and Damascus. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces.
