She is survived by: her husband Donnie Castle of Lebanon, Virginia; her children, Tracey Slade (Mark) of Lebanon, Virginia and James Caudill (Teresa) of Kingsport, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Chance Caudill, Zoey Slade, Emily Caudill and Ivannalisse Caudill; and her sisters, Patricia Robinson, Freda York, Vickie Evans and Sonya Hall.
