He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy R. Vencill and Clara Cox Vencill; his wife Patty Sue Vencill; and his siblings, Teddy Vencill Jr. and Thelma Vencill.
He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret Breeding, Nancy Bausell, Polly Cox (Dan) and Sue Fife; his sister-in-law Geraldine Vencill; his caregivers, Denise Boothe and Nola Thomas; and his niece Lisa Statzer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
