He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Garrett Kegley; his children, Nita Kegley Snead (Eddie), Leonard Kegley (Paulette) and David Kegley (Stephanie); his siblings, Sue Chafin (Carter), Judy Brooks and Ed Kegley (Connie); and his grandchildren, Matthew Snead, Miranda Snead Yates (Joe) of Allison Kegley, J. L and Allie Hayden (Jeremiah).
