He was predeceased by: his parents, Worley Hicks and Faye Mitchell Hicks; and his brother Worley Leon Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hicks; his children, Johnathon Blake Neece (Alexis) and Ashley Neece (Tony Woods); and his grandchildren, Brantley, Brayden, Abby, Ben, Brynlee and Makenzie.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Service (7 Tate Ave, Lebanon, VA 24266). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
