She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Waskey French and Nannie Elizabeth French; her son Michael Todd Houchins; and her siblings, Helen "Sutter", Teresa "Terry", Johnny "Johnny Boy", Maggie "Tootsie", Jessie, Patricia, Nona "Ruth" and Gaye.
She is survived by: her husband Gary "Slank" Statzer; her daughter Tamara Dempsy; her stepdaughter Pamela Powell (Donnie); her daughter-in-law Lisa Houchins; her grandsons, Shane Johnson (Beverly), Bradley Lester (Emily) and Bobby Lester (Elizabeth); her stepgrandchildren, Heather Spriggs and Hunter Powell (Isabella); her great grandchildren, Johnathan Johnson (Makenzie), Layla Martin, Adam Johnson, Lily Lester and June Lester; her stepgreat-grandchild Oliva Powell; her great great grandchildren, Remington, Oakley and Cassie Johnson; her sister Lynn French; and her siblings-in-law, Roger Statzer, Rick Statzer, Teresa Hicks and Cathy Shortt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
