She is survived by: her husband Tom Lewis; her daughter Charlotte Cartmell (Eric); her grandchildren, Santana Leonard and Thomasina Statzer (Sean); her great grandchildren, Storm Buchanan, Cayden Hockett and Nevaeh Leonard; her siblings, Shirley Elam and Larry Osborne (Brenda); and her close friends, Arlis and Daryl Burke. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
