He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lockhart and Pearl Breeding Lockhart of Davenport; and his siblings, Earl, Virgle, Arnold, Harless, C. O., Eleanor Linville Rutherford, Thelma Blankenship and Geneva Hess.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fuller Lockhart; his children, Harvey Henry Lockhart (Arlene) of Gray, Tenn. and Lisa Lockhart of Honaker; his granddaughter Dr. Morgan Beth Lockhart of Charlottesville; his stepgrandchildren, Kacie Lettermen Manis of Greenville and Derick Letterman of Gray; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Daxon Letterman, Justin Manis and Hudson Manis; his sibling's children, Audry, Donald Cross, Brian, Beverly Fuller and Lillian Thomas; and his friends, Joe Kendrick, Bryson Kendrick and Thompson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ketron Memorial Gardens (154 Huckleberry Rd, Lebanon, VA 24266). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
