She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Fay Smith Phillips (Michael) of Charlottesville; her husband Robert Neal Smith, Jr.; her brothers, David Lee Jessee (Deborah) of Roanoke and Thomas Christopher Jessee (Nancy) of Winterhaven; and her grandson Matthew William Phillips.
