Rumley; and his in-laws, Charlie Albert Hess, Dollie Emily Hubbard Hess, Monette Evis Hess, Sheldon Monroe Hess and Ruby Ellen Hess Fogleman.
He is survived by: his wife Eveleen McFarlane; his children, Anita Davis (Herbie), Sherry Hess (Kemper) and Anthony McFarlane (Tonee); his siblings, Joe McFarlane, Sally Ray and Laura; his siblings-in-law, Ted Fogleman and Barbara Hess; and his grandchildren, Misty Miller (Brandon), Cristy Davis, TaShenna Hess, Jon Hess (Samantha), Justin Shelton (Jaimie), Jared Shelton, Colten McFarlane (Maseyn), Breeona McFarlane (Nathan) and Sydnee Tweten (Ty). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
