He is survived by: his wife Bernadette M. Atkins (Sullivan); his sons, William C. Atkins, Jr. (Christine), Gary G. Atkins (Constance) of Waterford, NJ, Michael J. Atkins (Mistee) and Robert J. Atkins (Terese); his stepchildren, Deborah A. Northridge (Keith) of Canandaigua, NY, Joseph DeLussey (Kathleen) and Thomas R. "Rick" DeLussey (Donna); and his sister Mae Fisch.
