Alma will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Though Alma is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Alma’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Umbaugh and Maude Russell-Umbaugh. She is survived by: her sisters, Helen Lambert (Ben Lambert), Kathleen Potts (Lee Potts) and Joan Simpson (Steve Simpson); her niece Nancy Lambert; her nephew Larry Potts (Pam Potts); and her cousin Robert Russell (Lisa Russell).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church (13266 Taylorstown Rd, Leesburg, VA 20176). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers any donations can please be made to Mt. Pleasant Church in Taylorstown.
