He is survived by: his parents, Norman Bruce and Elaine Ann Holtzman (Kleinschuster); his wife Amy Kristin Holtzman (Harvey); his children, Matthew and Caroline Holtzman; his sister Elizabeth Ann Holtzman; his brother-in-law Eric Harvey (Kristin); and his aunts and uncles, Robert, Mary Jane Rutman, Jacob and Deborah Kleinschuster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
